Otherwise, your hand and the air will absorb any moisture from the skin bongo. This will dry the skin bongo. It may also pave the way for cracks.
The best thing about Bongo's it is small and not very expensive. And if you know how it plays and if you have friends who can play Bongo, then you can form a group. If each of you all play some small groove and then it will sound amazing.
Conga is almost like Bongo. But it measures a very high compared to other drums. He is thin build and a single head. He is a Cuban drum but it is probably derived from Africa.
The shells of most congas are made of wood or fiberglass. The system of conga playing is almost like Bongo. They are normally 75cm tall.
Congas are used in both folk music and folk. African music has a varied use of congas. This instrument is also very popular in Rumba, Afro Caribbean, Latin and salsa music.
Bongos and congas are almost similar type of instrument. But the former are smaller the latter. There is no sound quite similar, but they are not very different too.
Both are rhythm instruments. Their style game is almost identical. Both are very popular. They can be used in almost all genres of music.
But there is some difference between bongos and congas. Bongos are easy to carry. But holidays are not. Both of them have a different look too. Congo waits just a larger version of bongo ships. But if you watch closely and carefully, then you can keep the difference. But whatever the difference, we can say that both bongos and congas instruments are brilliant. And both of them can change the way a particular song sounds.
