mxr effects pedals
I have a question of my chain of guitar effects.?
My amp is marshall mg 200dfx amp combo. My effects are (in order of the guitar amplifier): Fender PT-100 Pedal MXR EVH Phase 90 Tuner Dunlop JH-1B WAH BOSS BD-2 Blues Driver MXR EVH Flanger EHX Small Clone Chorus my question was know which ones sound better through the FX Loop, and then I run effects by FX Loop and across the front of the GPA at the same time. Or should I run my effects as I usually do the front. thx
Yes, you can run through the effects send / return fx loop and front of the amp. I think the tuner, wah, blues driver are the best areas in front of the amp and set the stage, chorus and flanger in the loop. But try both ways and different orders if you do not like what you hear. Different brands of FX will act differently. But try above my ideas, they should be good.
