Is it a bass amp to use as a standard guitar?
I play the guitar for a while now and I thought to get bass for fun. So I was wondering if I have my amp for my electric guitar also works for the bass? or is it all depends on what kind of GPA I have?
No, produce low frequency sound all the way down to about 20Hz. Guitars only up to about 250 Hz, it is not really the amplification is the problem, its speakers in the amp. Guitar speakers use frequency ranges to produce insufficient low notes, and could damage the speaker cone paper. Most speakers are polypropylene bass cones to strengthen the lower vibration
