Can you play an electric guitar through a bass amp?
I entered a contest to win a Dean Razorback V, and I have a Squier Affinity Jazz Bass and Rumble 15 watt amp. If I win, I'll obviously need an amp, but I no money for another practice amp, so I was wondering if you can use an electric guitar into a bass amp.
Yes you can. Example Fender Bassman was actually designed as a bass amp, but many guitarists have played and continue to play. But I do not know if it's that good for the speaker .. Perhaps someone else could give the green light.
