Larger buttons with grab bars require the insertion each side of the support bar in the corresponding track on the keyboard. To do this, align the bar with the tracks, then drag them into place. The Return to the keycap down and push it firmly in place. It will be a "pop" noise. Test the key in the center and at each end to make sure it works normally. If the key does not seem to level, repeat the procedure until it is. Also check for broken if the bar was removed the keycap. I do not know if you can repair this type of damage – it may be better at this stage to obtain a key to good another computer Dell B120 laptop.
You do not put the keys in a particular order. Do what you feel comfortable as you progress. (Do are not those old typing the next lessons now useful?)
Please note that I do not pretend you even consider trying remove buttons pointing stick to clean around them. I do not know if it's possible to remove these buttons, without taking the keyboard and the computer other. You could damage the computer or keyboard to be serious enough to require total replacement of one or the other!
